It’s been some time since I’ve posted on here. The reason is I’ve been busy working on a number of new projects. Which include some new blogs.

I’ll list them on here eventually because I’ve decided to change this website from using Textpattern and move back to WordPress.

Why?

Well I’m much more at home in WordPress. Which I find is an important factor.The “textile” language used in the posts is “something else to learn” and because I’m a fluent HTML’er I find that having something else “parsing” some obscure instructions to recreate the HTML for me is not worth doing.

I’m not bagging textpattern. It has it’s place in the world. But as I’m working more and more in WordPress, it’s smarter to work in the one environment. Plus I’ll soon be writing some WP plugins versions some scripts I’ve been writing.

So fingers crossed on the conversion. If you can read this, I’ve either not completed the conversion OR it went smoothly.
